Nolvadex can still lead to a number of side effects, given its efficacy. NOVO-PHARM NOLVADEX – TAMOXIFEN CITRATE ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE

Through anabolic-androgenic drug cycles, it is recommende/d to use aromatase inhibitors such as Proviron. These medications will not inhibit growth hormone development and will instead increase anabolic hormone levels due to decreased aromatization. During the last week of the drug cycle and 2 weeks after the treatment, Nolvadex 20mg should be use/d as the primary component of post-cycle therapy.  The normal dose is 10-20 mg. The maximum daily dose is 40 mg.

During the last week of the cycle, it is not appropriate to use Nolvadex as post-cycle therapy must start at the end of the action of the active steroid agent. This period can vary depending on the anabolic drug used. During the cycle, antiestrogen usage is not always necessary – if the steroid drugs use/d are not susceptible to aromatization, aromatase inhibitors do not need to be take/n, so Nolvadex 20mg is use/d at the end of the cycle only.
